What’s in MACTE’s Constitution and Bylaws?

The Minnesota Association of Colleges for Teacher Education (MACTE) is a state unit for the American Association of Colleges for Teacher Education. The purpose of the MACTE is to provide, through professional organization and cooperation, for a continuous search for and promotion of ideas and practices which are most effective in the education of school personnel, particularly in the state of Minnesota.
